Explore how and why ancient shamanic practices apply to the 21st century. Covers the history of shamanism, journeying, Celtic spirituality, cosmology and wisdom wheel basics.
Currently not sold as a standalone module but is included in the full Way of the Warrior program.
Way of the Warrior
6-Month Exploration of the Medicine Wheel
Journey around the wheel to glimpse into the elusive world of spirit. This 6-month course blends shamanism, and energy work, and Celtic spirituality to help you renew a sense of wonder, gain wisdom, increase intuition, and restore balance. Currently hosting in-person sessions in the Cleveland area.
Prerequisite: Intro to Shamanism or equivalent journeying experience.
Negative Energies
An advanced 2.5 day workshop to properly learn, diagnose and remove the negative energies that plague us most often. Learn 40 different energies along with Bonnie’s proprietary diagnostic criteria, and clearing method derived from Faery Doctoring. This is a practical guide that involves no curse or spell removals, no entities or depossessions, and no drama—but you’ll learn what they all mean along with the ability to demystify many other phenomena. By the end of the course, you’ll have a modern understanding of how negative energies work, and feel empowered enough to conquer them all!

Prerequisite: Full Way of the Warrior is preferred, but not an absolute.

Path of Empowerment
Advanced Shamanism Program
The final leg of the 3-Series of programs offered by Real Awakenings. Here, you’ll continue your journey to become an adept shamanic practitioner. Explore more subtle aspects of the wheel, the healing process from trauma, and learn how to perform a soul retrieval. See how shadow work, and soul loss/retrieval are all related. By punctuating your work from WOW and the Negative Energies workshop, you’ll walk away with a broad understanding of how the shamanic arts can effectively be applied to your life, and gain direction for your practice as a modern shamanic practitioner.

If you’re over 50, then this event is for you! We gather as like-minded women who have experienced a lot throughout life. This is a time to share, reflect, and redefine ourselves during the third act of our lives. Join me and guest speakers for an evening of fun, food, and empowerment as we delve into issues specifically designed for mature women, with a special ceremony honoring part of the divine feminine—the Crone.
